CAIMERA SUB-PROCESSORS

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Caimera is operated by Bahaal Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Caimera”, “we”, “us”). To provide the Caimera platform (the “Service”) we engage third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf. These providers are our sub-processors. This page lists them, together with the general purpose for which we engage each one and the country in which it processes data. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, of the Data Processing Agreement we have with our customers.

1. Scope

This list covers providers that may process customer data, meaning account information and the content our customers submit to or generate with the Service. Each provider is bound by a written agreement that restricts its use of that data to providing its service to us, and none of the AI providers listed below is permitted to use customer content to train its models.

5. Payments, billing and communications

Payment, invoicing and email providers such as Stripe and Razorpay receive the information needed to bill and communicate with our customers. They act as independent controllers for that data under their own terms and are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Integrations you connect

The Service can connect to third-party platforms at your request, such as cloud storage, e-commerce, digital asset management and social media services. When you connect one of these services, data moves between Caimera and your own account with that provider under your instructions and that provider’s own terms. These providers are not our sub-processors.

7. International transfers

Where customer data is transferred outside the country or region in which it was collected, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism, together with data processing terms with each provider.

8. Changes to this list

We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves and will update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data. Customers whose Data Processing Agreement provides for notice of sub-processor changes can request email notification of updates by writing to contact@caimera.ai, and may object to a new sub-processor in accordance with that agreement.

9. Contact
