Looking for the best photo studios in Las Vegas for a fashion shoot? Twice a year the apparel industry comes to Las Vegas. MAGIC fills the Las Vegas Convention Center every February and August, and brands in town for the show often book a studio to shoot new samples, lookbooks and line sheets while the team is already together. The city's rental studios are spread out: a cluster in the Arts District and Downtown, a few near the Strip, and larger spaces in the west and north valley. For a short list, start with The Gathering Place for a natural light studio with a cyc, R. E. Vision Studio Downtown for a cyc with Profoto lighting included, and Vegas Photo Studio for 3,600 sq ft with truck-size doors.
Below are seven Las Vegas photo studios we checked against their own websites or booking listings, with published rates and Google ratings as of October 2026.

How to choose a fashion photo studio in Las Vegas
Book around MAGIC early
MAGIC runs at the Las Vegas Convention Center each February and August. If you want to shoot samples while your team is in town, book the studio when you book the booth. Hotels, rideshares and crews all get busier that week.
Pick the part of town that fits your day
R. E. Vision and Yellow are in the Arts District and Downtown, close to each other. The Dark Room, Vegas Photo Studio and Corporate CoWork are a short drive from the Strip and the convention center. The Gathering Place and Get Right Media are farther out in the north and northwest valley, so factor in travel time if your crew is staying on the Strip.
Plan for strong desert light
Daylight studios here get a lot of hard sun. The Gathering Place uses double sheer curtains to soften it, and The Dark Room has full-length curtains. If you need consistent light across a long catalog day, choose a studio with strobes included (R. E. Vision, Get Right Media) or bring your own.
Check what's included
Lighting is included at R. E. Vision and Get Right Media, rentable at The Dark Room and not provided at The Gathering Place. Several studios charge by headcount too: The Dark Room includes up to 10 people, and Yellow includes 4 to 6.
Use the big doors for big sets
If you're bringing rails, a set build or a vehicle, Vegas Photo Studio's two semi-truck-size doors make load-in simple. Smaller studios in shared buildings are better for a stylist, a model and a photographer.
When you don't need a studio day
Studios are still the right call for campaigns, talent-led editorial and video where movement matters. A team shooting together on set produces things software can't.
But a lot of trade-show-week shooting is volume work: on-model PDP images for a new line, every colorway of a bestseller, ghost mannequin packshots and flat lays for line sheets. For that, many fashion teams now use an AI visual production platform like Caimera instead of booking a full day. Our AI fashion models put your garments on consistent, on-brand models. You can turn a flat lay into on-model catalog images or create ghost mannequin images from product shots you already have. Keep the studio for the shoots that need people in the room.
FAQ
How much does it cost to rent a photo studio in Las Vegas?
Among the studios above that publish prices, hourly hire starts at $50 (Corporate CoWork's studio) and $75 (The Dark Room, weekdays). Two-hour blocks run $138 at R. E. Vision and $200 at Vegas Photo Studio. Full days range from $449 (R. E. Vision, 8 hours) to $1,000 to $1,200 at Vegas Photo Studio. The Gathering Place, Get Right Media and Yellow show prices at online booking or on request.
What is the best photo studio in Las Vegas for fashion?
For fashion editorial and e-commerce with lighting included, R. E. Vision Studio is the closest fit, with a cyc, Profoto strobes in every package and a hair and makeup room from the 4-hour package up. For daylight lookbooks, The Gathering Place has the strongest review record. For larger catalog sets, Vegas Photo Studio has the most floor space.
Do Las Vegas studios include equipment and lighting?
Some do. R. E. Vision includes Profoto strobes and modifiers, Get Right Media includes Godox strobes and seamless paper, and Yellow includes continuous lights. The Dark Room rents lighting separately, and The Gathering Place doesn't provide lighting at all.
How far ahead should I book?
For most of these studios, a week or two is enough outside trade show weeks. For MAGIC weeks in February and August, or weekend dates, book as early as you can.
Which Las Vegas studios have natural light?
The Gathering Place is built around natural light, The Dark Room has floor-to-ceiling windows, Vegas Photo Studio's west-facing doors let in daylight, and the Corporate CoWork studio lists natural light too.
What should I check before booking a studio rental in Las Vegas?
Confirm what a "day" means (eight, nine or ten hours) and what overtime costs, since that is where budgets slip. Ask whether the rate includes sales tax, lighting and grip, or whether kit is hired separately. Check the cyc size against your widest full-length shot, whether the windows face north for even daylight, and the load-in route for rails and cases. Finally, read the cancellation and rescheduling terms, and ask if a steamer, rails and a hair and makeup station are on site so your stylist is not packing them.
