What does unlimited generations mean?
Unlimited generations means no more stressing about counting credits and tokens! Create as many images as you like using our AI image generator, whether you're experimenting with AI photography, AI generated images, or running an AI photoshoot. Unlimited generations apply to images you create directly in the Caimera app. Workflow batch runs, and workflows you run from Claude or another AI agent, use at least 1 credit per image on the Fast and Pro models.
Do you offer editing or photoshop services?
Generative AI is amazing, but we know it's not there yet. We offer support services to edit garment details which can be an issue in AI for image creation. Fix hands, toes and other inconsistencies that may appear in AI generated pictures.
What is your fair usage policy?
To prevent abuse of the unlimited plan and ensure availability for all our users we will move your generations to a slower throttled queue if it exceeds 2000 AI image generations. Contact us for an enterprise plan if your needs exceed this amount!
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan any time from the settings page.
What kind of support is available for Caimera?
We provide support over email and chat with a 24 hr response time. Whether you're using move for AI video generation or want help creating AI generated photographs, our team is here to help.
Will I get 100% accuracy on my products?
We offer two different technologies that provide varying levels of accuracy. Click (Beta) is suitable for prints and PDP pages where garment accuracy is important. Fluid works well for solids and editorial AI images.

Caimera is focused on AI in fashion industry applications. We support fashion categories like apparel, shoes, and kidswear. Whether you're looking to create images with AI, explore artificial intelligence and fashion, or enhance catalogs using AI generated imaging with AI fashion shoots, we’ve got you covered.
Do my credits expire?
No, your credits never expire as long as you maintain an active subscription account. Both monthly credits and top-up credits roll over month to month, giving you complete flexibility to use them whenever you need. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits will expire.
Do you have a free trial of your premium features?
Yes! When you create a new Caimera account, you're instantly enrolled in a free plan. No credit card required. Please contact us through contact@caimera.ai if you are looking for full serviced agency experience.
